The inn was quite nice, updated, and very comfortable.the 2 hosts, Heather And Garth were quite gracious and helpful about what to do/see in the Zion national park. We were able to take the less crowded hike with awesome vista. On top of that, the breakfast was quite... filling. We certainly recommend this inn, and will book again whenever we return.read more

The house was very clean and comfortable! It was perfect to come back to a hot shower and Roku after a long day of hiking in Zion. The hosts were very accommodating and had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious. Thank you!

This was such an amazing location for us to stay while visiting Zion & Bryce Canyon! The rooms were spacious and beautiful. Heather & Garth were wonderful hosts. The breakfast was homemade and delicious. They also have a coffee bar open all of the time which we took full... advantage of 🙂 We have visited 3 times and will be back! 5 mins from the park entrance, you can't beat it!read more

We really enjoyed our stay at the Tyler Inn. Heather and Garth are wonderful hosts with great ideas for things we should do during our visit. We are very glad that we added the Grafton ghost town to our itinerary, which is only a few blocks away from the Tyler Inn.Breakfast... was delicious and hearty. They even asked for requests! I want to point out that many B&B's in the area don't serve breakfast onsite, but instead offer a coupon to a local restaurant. I really appreciated being able to just walk downstairs from my very comfortable bed to an amazing breakfast in the lovely kitchen. Our room was large and comfortable and the bed was very nice. Highly recommend. I would stay here again.read more

Heather and Garth strive for excellence. They made us feel like their family, not just like visitors. They are both talented at cooking and making genuine conversation. They were knowledgable about Zion and surrounding national/state parks, and they provided us with maps and... helped us plan out our days to success.Spacious, large, affordable rooms. Location is great because you're close enough to Zion without being in the crowded parts. I'm planning on coming back.read more

We had a great time at the Tyler Inn with a big group of friends. Heather and Garth have advice galore and make you feel so comfortable with the interactions with them. The bedroom was huge and the bathroom included a huge tub and shower. The beds include a memory foam topper... which I appreciated. The best part was the breakfasts. I had to get the recipe for the French toast casserole. We also enjoyed one evening playing cards and watching a couple episodes of a favorite show in their big living room with comfy theater lounge chairs. I’m definitely planning a return trip with my husband!read more

Nestled in the Red Rocks and the shadow of Zion National Park (5.1 miles) sits this quaint four bedroom four bathroom bed and breakfast. Tyler Inn at Zion offers travelers cozy lodging to relax and unwind after a busy day of exploring and hiking the beautiful trails in the US Southwest.

Though you won’t find any restaurants in the town of Rockville, Springdale (4 miles) and Hurricane (17 miles) have a plethora of shops and restaurants for you to enjoy. We’re close enough to the sites but far enough away from the crowds so that you can truly have the opportunity to get away from it all. Situated halfway between Bryce Canyon (88 miles) and Grand Canyon National Park’s North Rim  (119 miles), the Tyler Inn at Zion also makes visiting 3 national parks in one trip not only doable, but very affordable.

From the beginning, our house was built as a bed and breakfast. Reminiscent of the old Victorian homes, the Tyler Inn at Zion offers all the modern amenities, including on-suite private baths and Wi-Fi Internet access in each guestroom.  Southern Utah is famous for its rock formations but you may also expect plenty of greenery in and around the inn, mountain views, lots of art pieces, and more.

In the morning, we treat our guests with a delicious homemade breakfast, served in our sunny dining room with views of surrounding mountains and mesas.  You are also welcome to use our porch, where you will enjoy mountain views or have fun watching the hummingbirds chasing each other.  At night you may want to swing on the porch and enjoy the starry skies and listen to the silence of Rockville, disturbed only by the sounds from the flow of the Virgin River.

Zion National Park sees over 4 million people every year, don’t want to miss out? Visit Tyler Inn at Zion today for all your bed and breakfast needs. We just finished completely renovating the entire building.  Visit our Reservations page to book your stay!  You can also follow us on Facebook or Instagram.  We’ll see you soon!
